JONVY AUTO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read through our terms and condition prior to purchasing or placing a bid as all sales are final and non-refundable. If you require any further information or wish to clarify any points, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be glad to assist you in anyway possible.

Please conclude any clarification prior purchasing or bidding as all sales are final and non-refundable.

We will not refund if:

1. You simply 'change your mind'
2. Item was 'not what you expected it to be' or 'not what you imagined it to be
3. Items are sold as is Sale / Clearance Items.

If there's any dispute, we will handle the situation fairly into a win win situation.

Customers are entitled to a full refund if product received is not as described on auction page.

Customers are required to report to us any defective product between 7 days from date of received.

We will replace a brand new unit with shipping at our cost for DOA product (Dead on Arrival).

All our product comes with 1 year manufacturer / distributor warranty (Otherwise stated no warranty).

Customers are required to ship the product back to us for any claims of warranty (at customer's cost).

We will inspect all returned products. If product found to be defective due to improper installation or misuse, the warranty coverage will be decline automatically.
